2. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
- The product is in the same condition as when it was received, with no damage caused by the customer.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or have a broken seal.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Products returned after the 30-day return period.
4. Consumer Guarantees (New Zealand)
Nothing in this Return Policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Under this Act, goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. 6. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

- An incorrect product sent in error
- A product that does not match its description on the Website
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a prepaid return label.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

10. EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period. The product must be returned in its original condition. We will refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
